Simple designs.
Even simple designs follow the style and rules of traditional Northwest Coast two dimensional design. This design is found on the side of a box.

Sometimes simple designs decorate skin bags.

These simple designs decorate the 4 sides of one short dish. Note the flowing black primary form lines which define the design structure.

Another similar dish.

These designs are found on the front and back of a chest.

These designs are found on seven separate boxes. The designs on these boxes are the traditional 'standard' box design, with a central 'body' panel, ovoids representing eyes above, 'ear' fillers in the upper corners, and ovoids representing lower limbs in the lower corners.
