Segal Graduate School of Business

The Segal Graduate School of Business, western Canada’s first dedicated centre for graduate management education, will open in 2005 in a distinguished heritage building in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown financial district. The former Bank of Montreal building, originally built in 1916, was donated by SFU chancellor emeritus Joseph Segal.

The Segal School will feature unique graduate programs, such as the Management of Technology MBA and the MBA in Global Asset and Wealth Management. As well, it will offer customized executive education training programs, and specialized centers of research focused on emerging areas such as biotechnology leadership and sustainable enterprise. The Segal School will complement and strengthen SFU’s downtown presence, and advance the university’s international reputation as a leader in business education.
